How do I schedule pet sitting services with Roll Over LLC?

Scheduling is easy through our user-friendly app, “TimeToPet.” Simply create an account via the link for new customers at rolloversd.com. Choose the desired service, such as 15-minute drop-ins, 30-minute standard visits, or pet taxi services. You can also consider our packages for a comprehensive pet care experience.

What is a meet and greet, and how do I schedule it?

The meet and greet is an opportunity for our pet sitters to get to know you, your pet, their environment, and discuss important details such as medications. It can be conveniently scheduled within the app once your user profile is completed.

Do you charge extra for multiple pets per visit in the same household?

Good news! Additional pets are not charged extra for visits within the same household. Our focus is on providing comprehensive care for all your furry friends.

What is included in the pet taxi service, and are there additional charges for extra pets?

The pet taxi service includes a flat rate for one-way trips. There is a surcharge for each additional pet being transported. For seamless scheduling, let us know the specific appointment time and we will adjust the pickup time accordingly.

Can I schedule services outside of the Sioux Falls area?

Our services are primarily within the Sioux Falls, Harrisburg, Tea area. However, transportation outside of this area may be available with additional charges. Please contact Roll Over before scheduling for personalized assistance.

How can I ensure my pet's safety during visits?
  • Safety is number one! Door access codes are kept only in the app and never shared. We do request a spare key as back up.
  • We will work to build trust with your animals through the meet and greet and future visits to relieve anxieties and be comfortable with the Roll Over team member.
  • In emergencies, our designated emergency contact can assist with home entry. Rest assured; all information is visible only to the assigned sitter. Pets are leashed during outside time for added safety.
Are there special instructions or considerations for my pet's care?

During the meet and greet, discuss any special instructions, dietary needs, medications, injuries, mannerisms, and boundaries your pet must be kept from. This ensures personalized and attentive care.
